Exchanges and Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns of defective items up to 45 days after receipt of the order.
If your order is defective, please send a photo of the item to info@burelfactory.pro. We will process the exchange as soon as possible.
If you wish to return your item:
Send an email to info@burelfactory.pro with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Return shipping details (tracking number and carrier)
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- It must be in the same condition as when received
- It must include the corresponding invoice
The refund will be processed:
- By bank transfer (for European Union countries)
- Via PayPal (for non-EU countries)

Please note that product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and calibration. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
